Menus All food can be arranged to the specific
requirements of the couple, whether it an informal buffet or a sit down meal.
Menus suggested by the hotel are given here with an indication of price, although
anything can be prepared at the request of the couple. The menu does not have
to be determined at the time of booking, only the budget per head.
All
menus include: - Drinks prior to dinner: Daiquiris, Sherries, Beer,
Soft drinks, Juices and water
- Nibbles prior to dinner: Puff pastry filled
with cheese and nuts, Mozzarella & cherry tomato brochetas, Corncob with pepper
butter, Brie pané with bitter orange, Ham sweet croquettes, Smoked fish blinis,
Cod fritters, Spanish omelette.
- Soup: Gazpacho or Melon and Grapefruit
- Wine
and water with dinner
- Coffee and teas after dinner
