Historic chapels of the Alhambra - GRANADA
If you are looking for a truly historic location for a wedding, then look no further than the Alhambra Palace in Granada. Built by various Moorish Kings in the 13th Century, it was eventually lost to the Catholic Monarchs in 1492. The tombstones of the King Ferdinand and Queen Isabel still form the floor of the altar in the open-air chapel. A romantic wedding ceremony can be held in this historic chapel or in the beautiful tiny indoor chapel close-by. Later cocktails and an elegant reception can be celebrated overlooking the gardens of the Alhambra. |
